Proposal to actively maintain the order of flood prevention and relief networks

Recently, extreme rainfall occurred in Northeast China, North China, Huanghuai and other places. Residents were trapped and casualties occurred in many places. Rescue forces from all over the country quickly gathered and devoted all their efforts to flood prevention and relief work. In the current special period when the whole country is working together to provide disaster relief, individual netizens fabricate and disseminate false information about the disaster, instigate regional confrontation and discrimination, seriously disrupt the order of online public opinion, and interfere with rescue and disaster relief work.
In order to further purify the network environment and maintain network order, the following initiatives are hereby issued:

Establish a correct view of Internet ethics, actively resist and report all kinds of online illegal crimes and vulgar bad behaviors, resolutely fight against online illegal and criminal activities, and fully safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the country, society, collectives and individuals. 2. Strengthen positive guidance of public opinion. Accounts that violate laws and regulations will be banned and other punitive measures will be taken as appropriate.
3. Actively mobilize and unleash the positive energy of online platforms 1. Establish and improve supervision and reporting. Encourage users to participate in platform information content management, collect and report illegal and harmful information, discover and expose rumors and false information, proactively provide relevant clues to regulatory authorities, and cooperate with investigations and handling. 2. Actively assist in asking for help. Actively collect online clues for help from the masses, promptly report to the relevant authorities, and cooperate with relevant departments to carry out disaster relief and rescue work under the overall command of the local party committee and government. 3. Resolutely expose illegal and criminal cases. Vigorously strengthen the handling of illegal users and account exposure, regularly publish typical cases of illegal users, remind and warn users to strictly abide by national laws and regulations, strictly implement platform conventions and service agreements, and strengthen self-discipline and autonomy.
